Pre- marital Session

What is needed to get a marriage License?

Florida law requires that you spend a minimum of 4 hours on the Pre-marital course. After you have completed the required time and pass the short quiz, you will receive a certificate within 5-7 business days by mail. Certificates are valid one year from the date it is issued.

 By attending pre- marital session you will save $32.50 from $93.50 reducing your payment to $ 61.00. 

Both parties must provide proof of the following: Age: both parties must be at least 18 years of age. Identification: in the form of a valid driver’s license, state ID or passport. U.S. citizens must provide their Social Security Number. Non-citizens may provide a Social Security Number or an Alien Registration Number issued by the Immigration and Naturalization Service. An application form must be completed. If either party has been previously married, you must note on the application how and when the marriage ended.

Start Fresh Counseling Center pre-marital course will consist of 4 hours not all to be completed in one day, within month time span.
